Mystical Fire:

Mystical Fire is a very special move to the Delphox species, at least according to Blitz’s mother. As a battler herself, Theya encouraged Blitz to train her abilities, specifically this one and Psychic. Although she wasn’t as into battling as her mother, Blitz followed through with the training. The move initially manifests as a small flame in her hand. Using this flame, she draws rings of fire in the air in front of her, and through those rings, she channels a strong stream of fire from her mouth. The move is a bit difficult to control, and losing focus can cause it to fizzle out too early or blow up in her face.

Psychic:

"The target is hit by a strong telekinetic force. This may also lower the target's Sp. Def stat."
Along with Mystical Fire, Psychic was another move that Blitz’s mother encouraged her to learn. Psychic didn’t come very easily to Blitz, but she has enough skill in it to levitate small object and apply a light force to larger things. Anything larger and Blitz struggles to move or affect it.

"The user employs hypnotic suggestion to make the target fall into a deep sleep."
Following after her father, Blitz han an interest in psychology while growing up. Her father, a Watchog, was a therapist that believed in the use of moves in aiding those with mental ailments or just struggles with dealing with life in general. Hypnosis was one of the moves he used to aid those with anxiety, helping to get his patients in a calmer, more relaxed state. Thanks to genetics, this was a move Blitz could learn, and with some help from her father, she quickly started to pick up on it. However, as her interest shifted to chemistry, she used it less and less. At best, she’s able to put a willing parson into a relaxed state. Otherwise, she has no effect on an unwilling person.

Personality
Blitz can be what some consider a ‘free spirit’. She’s very social, energetic, and also quite outspoken when it comes to things she’s passionate about. She can be a bit overbearing at times, and even stubborn when she doesn’t get her way. She doesn’t have a very strong respect for authority, only enough so to stop her from getting in trouble with the law, and even then she sometimes crosses that line. She almost never backs down when challenged, though won't resort to violence unless attacked.

Blitz loves having fun with friends, whether it be partying, traveling, causing trouble together, or simply hanging out. She is very loyal to those she cares for and respect. She loves making friends and spends as much time with them as she can.

In the workplace, Blitz almost takes on a completely different attitude. She has a very deep respect for the sciences, and treats it with great care and compassion. To her, chemistry is her calling, and she values her knowledge in the subject greatly. She's still happy and energetic, but she focus that energy into her work, giving it the care and precision that she rarely gives anything else. It's hard to pull her away when she's 'in the zone', her stubbornness not letting her leave till her work is done.

Blitz was born in the Hoenn town of Mauville city in 1993. As an only child, Blitz spent most of her childhood with her parents. Her mother, a Delphox named Theya, was a prominent battle champion in the Hoenn region. Specializing in fire and psychic, Theya became a celebrity of sorts while battling was still popular. As the ban on moves came and went through the region, Theya saw less and less time in the spotlight, and was eventually forced to look for work outside of the ring during the times of full bans. This constant flux with move regulations has made Theya somewhat resent those that wish for full bans, and some of that anger has made it's way into Blitz. Theya was adamant on teaching Blitz how to fight, and although she never shared her mother’s passion for fighting, Blitz learned to appreciate to power of moves and it’s value even in everyday life.
As for Blitz’s father, a Watchog named Dominique, he worked as a psychologist that specializes in anxiety and relaxation therapy. He’s a firm believer that moves, so long as they’re not used to cause ill harm, should be allowed in everyday life. Having recently set up his practice in Mauville, Dominique was often requested to visit the local Pokemon center to help ease the anxiety of patients and visitors alike. It was during one of these visits that he met Theya. As a battler, Theya would frequently visit the Pokemon center, and as time went on, the two ran into each other enough for a relationship to blossom.
Blitz grew to have quite an interest in science. She at first wanted to take after her father and learn psychology. As time went on and she entered high school, her interest began waning. Despite being a very smart student, her grades began to drop as she grew bored with what was being taught. Her parents quickly became concerned, and tried to get involved. Blitz grew upset with her parent’s sudden hovering behavior, and began rebelling against them, even getting in trouble with the law on occasion. It wasn’t until another science subject caught her interest that her behavior turned around.
She was introduced to chemistry in her senior year of high school, and quickly fell in love with it. Despite her normally reckless behavior, Blitz came to appreciate the precision and finesse that came with Chemistry, treating her work in it with great care and safety. She aced the subject, and managed to bring her other grades up just enough to pass high school. Despite her turnaround, her grades weren't good enough for her to attend the university she wanted. This frustrated her to no end. Looking for any way in, she attended a local college for two years in order to boost her grades enough. It was a struggle for her, as she had trouble keeping on top of her non-science related classes. She still lacked the grades needed to attend the university. However, thanks to the classes she did take, Blitz had the opportunity to take on internships. One such opportunity that came up was a summer internship opening at the research lab in Kalos. Blitz saw this as her chance to get the leg up she needed to get into the university. Or better yet, find her a job she'd love. After getting permission from her parents, and approval of the recruiter, she made the move.
Once settled, Blitz quickly grew to love working at the research lab. It was the sort of environment that helped to quell the rebel in her. She's done her best to impress her superiors, hoping to some day get a permanent position. The problem that's been holding her back is her behavior outside of the lab. When not working, Blitz's wild nature tends to show itself. Frequent partying and trouble causing has kept her from earning her superiors complete respect. It was only after the threat of being dropped from the internship program that Blitz has started trying to make a change. It's an ongoing effort, and one that Blitz is scared she may not be able to succeed in.
Blitz hasn’t been happy with the proposed move ban and regulations that have started sweeping across Kalos. She commonly uses her moves in her work, and sees this as an attack on her lifestyle. It was also around this time that she came to learn of Agro Navis. Wanting to help make a difference, she tracked down one of the members to one of the cafes, specifically the Suhail cafe. Wanting to do her part to protect the art of moves, she quickly took measures to get in contact with the owner and apply. Not only that, but she also sees this is a safer outlet for her wild nature than the trouble she normal gets in, and hopes that, so long that this stays hidden, she can regain her superior's trust.

Well I’m a firm believer that we can achieve the freedom to use moves through peaceful means. Of course, if that doesn’t work, I’m not afraid to resort to more drastic means of persuasion.
