it's from cutie honey! if it's new to you i recommend checking out the original 70's version first as it is so very classic. and from there there are three more anime versions, new cutie honey, cutie honey flash (aimed primarily at girls) and re:cutie honey (a really polished ganaix homage.) there's also a live action tv series and movie (both decidedly silly and awesome.)

Weird...at first it looked like a picture of two cute girls with their legs intertwined and boobs just barely touching, and then all of a sudden it turned into a giant cone of pants fabric. Is this some sort of optical illusion?
