Description
The biggest set we have made yet! They stretch a little over six feet in length and weigh about three pounds. This was such a fun project to work on.
The person who commissioned us wanted to cosplay as young fairy Maleficent, back when her wings were brown.
The wings are made of stiffened felt and house a simple wire skeleton.

I do read it before I ask a question. But since I'm not from America it's not always I understand what the material are. When I first came across these wings I didn't know what stiffened felt was or how to get it or make it. That's why I asked then.

Really great work.
But there's a problem. You layered the feathers backwards. Viewing the wings from underneath the outermost feather should be under it's neighbor, so on and so forth. So that on the down-stroke the outermost feather hits the air and is pushed back, pushing against its' neighbor and creating lift. The way you have it now on the down-stroke the feathers will separate causing the air to rush between the feathers and there will be no lift.
Other than that I really like these, they are very well done.
