Nice to see Lapis again after the last encounter with her and the rest of the gems. Certainly have to credit the fact they didn't make her just a bad character for them to defeat and kudos all the same towards the way you managed to draw out her lighter side which she showed a few times when around Steven.
Likewise a very fine job you did on capturing Lapis and her design to even the way you fixed her eyes from the broken mirror form that they were when she first emerged. Your lines too have some very nice and clean look to them and well done adding in some nice anatomy work like the muscles around the arms, the definition of the shoulders to better show that shrug she's going and even the cute carefree look she has on her face, lol.
Have to point out too that you did some very rich work on your lines that make up her hair thepiplup , you can really see a nice flow the threads of hair as they go from the twist in the back of hair to the bangs that make up the front of her hairstyle.
And very neat too when looking close to see your coloring that you even make time to add in some cool glow effects to her skin with the lighter shade of blue to almost make the skin shine. Not sure why there exists the shadow on the right side of the page but by all means I can easily point to her expression as reason enough, lol. But honestly a very good job on showing the difference of light and dark affecting her body and even seeing it make some effects on her clothes and hair too.
Excellent work here for all your efforts thepiplup and best of all you kept things very much blue without the usage of much black except for your outlines and the white for her eyes and the belt. A lovely work of art here done on Lapis, hats off to you thepiplup .
