I really appreciated the colours on some of the other pieces of your series, which makes this photo all the more interesting.
Because it depicts pretty much the same object, and is similarly composed as the vibrant colour pieces (which I think have colour as their main strength), it would then at first seem odd to imagine the photo in black & white, yet it works really well, but for completely different reasons than the others:
This piece has a beautiful contrast on both sides of the dune, stretching all the way out of focus, which makes me appreciate the composition of the shot.
The 'lack' of colours now, gives the piece a feeling of vast emptiness, only interupted by the winds of sand, an impression I didn't register on the others. So it boils down to; great work before and after the shot. I'm impressed how two shots of basicly the same thing conveys completely different feelings.
I like this series, and hope to see more

wow, i am even more amazed! This looks so intense in black and white! i usually don't like b & w photography because i am a color addict, but what makes this shot special it' precisely that, the dark makes it so intense and deep! i love it!

This continues the series in a powerful way. The stillness on the left, the motion on the right, the darkness in between, and the sky, which seems oppressive. A great shot with a lot of feeling.
