Lets start simple! Maybe you should color in fully, you can see white parts shown here and there in this artwork. And a darker shade of outline on the hearts to make them look tidy. I find that the character on the right, despite being cute and cuddly, has long, sharp fingers, I'd understand if you made them into nails but, I can't see any. In the future, avoid this or you'd make it look a little creepy or wacky. On traditional art, I think felt tip or paint is better because it looks less scruffy, but if you specifically went for pencils, at the end you should try outline it with a darker pencil.
