Because he knows that TECHINICALLY Tosen's the only one who has the capability of getting around his shikai, and then Gin's probably gonna side with Tosen. Two against one, with a bad, BAD handicap. Aizen would really have a hard time.
THen again, forgetting techinicalities, if he released his reiatsu, he'd probably break the XBOX 360 too
