From what I've heard about it, it's a redesign of the site that not everyone has access to yet? And apparently a lot of people who've tried it really didn't like it, (at least from what I've been able to tell) but I'm not really giving an opinion on it until it's fully fixed up and released the right way. (hopefully that made sense...)
