Especially the markings are awesome, they looks like they're just turning into blood. Also, those eyes... o.O
Are you going to finish that or do you want to keep the comic-like part on the bottom? I think it would look better if it was painted like the rest...

With markings was the plan that they turn into blood to symbolize his painful life....
And this was more an exercise for me to learn painting faces... so no it was not a plan to paint the rest but bay be one day i will.

Haha you're welcome^^ I enjoy longer comments on my artwork too, so that's why I try to do it myself as often as I can, especially for those artworks with a low comment count.
Oh, that's an interesting idea! I thought of it as all the blood he has spilled, but I guess a combination of both works fine.^^
I should probably practise painting human faces too, but if I choose a favourite character of mine, it turns out quite ridicolous, which is a bit demotivating. But well, I guess I should try it anyway.
Anyway, at least you keep trying it, and that's good, because you have a lot of potential!

Yeah i agree.
Well all you need to do is to practice a lot, even if you don't like it at first. Trust me, you'll see the progress and it's better to paint character you like to motivate you more... that's my opinion.
