No, it's not that all my old unfinished stuff was Pokémon art, actually most of it is Zelda, but this was another old piece lying in my folder half-finished which interested me. Mainly because of the technique, and yes Primal Kyogre is just downright gorgeous. I mean, it only lacked some details on the other fin and some polishing. Somehow, I was unhappy with the outcome since then though, I guess I tried to mimic the game boxart style but lacked skill and knowledge of the programme (this is one of my first tries with Artrage ever and the use of layers was something byond the term: horrible. Luckily, most of it was done so I needen't to wander hours at the maze of layers. XD). So I just let it be. Hmm, seems like 2 years can help you gain understanding of your own work. Didn't intend to do a background. I just filled black to erase all potential error strokes. But the 'error strokes' along with the dark background made it look like Kyogre was floating on space, then I added some blue on the bottom and voilá there you have it, a space-like bottom of the sea! Now I'm a lot happier with this and consider it worth enough posting!
