this looks good. veeeery good. I don't know what's more surreal - the fruit or the water-sky... it's a bit disorienting. btw I'm curious - what does it symbolize? I see the chessboard as a battlefield of life. but what's the fruithouse doing there? it's so calm... so untouched by the sinister landscape. hmmm. quite puzzling.

Wow, this is amazing. It's so beautifully abstract and weird--that floor is awesome; so wonderfully grungry. And that water--sky--whatever it is, it's confusing, but makes the whole picture seem like a bizarre dream, the sort that you wonder at when you wake up--the sort that you want to remember because it was so fantastically, gorgeously bizarre. It reminds me of James and the Giant Peach (and I was thinking that before I read the other comments, honest!), except that's an apple, isn't it? Correct me if I'm wrong. The windows are lovely, too.

Thank-you so much.... your comments are always so encouraging. I have a lot of dreams like this. This photo is a compilaton of a lot of old photos I've had lying around and just weren't interesting enough on their own. The sky/wall is a river in my city, the floor my chess board and the apple, well, an apple.
