Cold as the winter winds, the Queen of Eternal flame is one of the most cunning and rebellious of the 'Emperor's Children'. Possessing the body of an elven vampire woman, they seek to destroy all that the one who wronged her (The vampire). This just happens to be Rammakox, in his long ago battle with the undead, where the blue dragon slaughtered all the vampire's vamperic children.

Her powers granted by her 'Father' are the most twisted and cruel of the children. With a mere flick of her tail she can bring un-natural life to corpses, skeletons and other monstrocities this world holds. Any undead that she finds wandering can be bound to her will with the same effortlessness, but this is not her only gift. With focus she can steal the souls of the living, adding to her already prodigious power if she so wishes.

-They seek the uniter to see their plans come to fruition, but the dragon wishes it for another reason. So that she can emerge greater than the rest of her siblings.
