Days passed and Whirlwind was keeping an eye on the baby egg. Happy getting another baby and getting another chance after loosing all 3 kids.
Hours continued and suddenly the egg starting glowing. Whirlwind knew it meant the egg would hatch very soon. The quad put her claw over the glowing egg, and soon the shell starting cracking.
Baby noises could be heared the more the egg shell broke,
Once the egg was completely outside the shell, Whirlwind layed around them and started crying.
She had her colours and her fluff. Her little fluffy sunshine.
"Mirabelle, will be her name" she said. After saying the name of the new hatched wyngling both coatalas Rex and Amy came to check on her.
The rubbed their flank on her. After she slowly opened her tiny eyes and looked to her mommy. She blinked and came closer to her curlying almost in her fur and feathers.
" my little sunshine, I have something very special for you which will make you unique" whirlwind gave her a pink necklace with a shiny golden key.
" thats for you. The key represents the key to your loving soul, and has been given from generation to generation. I found this key in a box at my cousin's home and found out it has been owned by old granny. My mom wahted to give it to me, so I am giving you this key combining the tie of my pink bow I had while I was a kid just like you, my love." She cuddled with her.
"Rex! Amy, keep an eye on her, when I am not here on near her. I don't want her to get in any trouble or anything"
The coats nodded and came closer to the small family. Now their a real family again.
