And of course I'm all agog waiting for this particular scene in, ahem, a certain story...

I like the way you never back down from difficult poses and this is a difficult one. If I may say so perhaps Bishop's right hand (the one holding the sword) is a bit too big, even considering the fact it's closer to the viewer. Which is of course what you don't want to hear since re-drawing with pencil would be a pain in the butt. So I'll tell you how I love the expressions and the scene in general. Bishop looks yummy and annoying and Del looks like just the kind of girl who can put Bishop in his place and...annoyed. Now where's the follow up where they make up?

It's 'giant Bigby's grasping hand' Yeah, his hand puts me off a bit, too, but I always notice such mistakes only after some time and am lazy correcting them
But I do like how his face turned out. Even been told that he has a wonderful smile (which is not something you hear often concerning Bishop )
As for the story - yep, i have a scene like that planned. After all, what kind of duelist Del would be if never sparring with the bastard?

I know what you mean. You stare yourself blind at a picture and then walk away. When you come back you suddenly see all the things that are wrong with it. If I can I deliberately take time off from a picture so that I can look at it with fresh eyes and catch things before it goes too far. It doesn't always work but it helps.

But Bishop's smile is wonderful, for a given value of 'wonderful'. It's the kind you usually associate with a black triangular fin moving towards you through the water as you're swimming. Now there's a thought, Bishop having swim, all wet..and naked...and at a safe distance...

I'd love to do a picture of random PC spying with Neeshka on Bishop having a bath, you know as he gets out of the water like Ursula Andress/Daniel Craig in James Bond.

Unfortunately I'm currently stuck drawing skeletons and naked babes for a competition and then there's the barbarian babe I've promised my partner for so long. Sigh.

Ну да Хотя, правда, мне самой так нравится, какая у Епископа тут физиономия получилась А то обычно проблемы бывают с тем, чтоб выражение его лица поменять, какие-то они с Касавиром оба... неэмоциональные, аж рисовать сложно

Хм, ну, это не моя мысль, что они похожи. Просто оба хмурые, недоверчивые, с щетиной Ток Энтрери брился поособому, а у Бишопа, вроде. как росла, так и росла Я вообще, только по щетине могу подумать о их сходстве%)
