I understand this is another of the Kodak 400TX film shots, Steven. There is a very nice fine grain texture apparent in the sky and clouds, and a great deal of fine tonal detail in the "whites". I would hazard that the technical aspects of this film are excellent and well up to the work you do, Steven.

Honestly I don't think my usual film would create a photo like this...that's why I usually don't even attempt a shot like this...and thank you for your great comments and insights David...

That's OK, Steven. I think what I might do if I get time is to take a couple or more shots in good light with as low an ISO as possible and with a good tonal range, then process them as monochromes with some different film emulations using the Silver Efex Pro software. I could then compare them with the real thing from your shots. Might be an interesting little project.
