Not much to say about this one. Armadillos are deceptively hard to draw. I might have done better with a more traditional-shaped armadillo, but at least I tried this.

Sooooo yeah... Fairy armadillos.
These are the smallest members of the armadillo family. There are two species, both of which are native to Argentina. Cute though they may be, they do poorly in captivity and are not suitable as pets. (Besides, armadillos are a natural reservoir of the bacteria that causes leprosy, so the less often you touch them, the better.) Their conservation status is listed by the IUCN as data deficient meaning that at this time not enough studies on their range, habits, and population have been performed to determine whether or not the two species are endangered.
