In an alternate ending to the Aladdin TV series episode, "Eye of the Beholder", instead of Phasir restoring the Tree of Renewal, Mirage prevented him from doing so and Aladdin and Jasmine are forced to live the rest of their lives as nagas. However, Aladdin and Jasmine managed to find a kingdom of nagas where they can call home, despite Mirage's many attempts to make them suffer. In anger, Mirage attacks the kingdom herself as a giant cat-like monster. However, just when she was about to finish them off, Phasir's caring words, and remembering all of Aladdin and Jasmine's accomplishments through their journey, reawaken her love for Phasir as it vanquishes the evil in her heart. Phasir and Mirage reconcile as lovers, and Aladdin and Jasmine live happily ever after as nagas.
