Hmm the only thing I can rant about is the anatomy. Even though it's a chibi, his arms are too long and too thick compared to his legs. Arms should end in around half of the thigh. Also his right leg seems slightly off there, breaking the perspective effect. Also in his right hand the thumb goes the wrong way.
But the strong side are the colors, lineart and special effects
