Yes, I lost myself ......When I draw, I always think: "Will people like this?"
I draw what I think people will like it, not what I really like .....
I draw what I think I "have to", not I "want to" .....
Athough I love my works, I feel happy when I draw, but they're not what I really want to draw ...
So, this time, I drew what I want ... ^^
Life and art are colorful like the bird, my art is one-tone-color like the girl ......

Maybe I was attacked by my cute drawings with huge eyes and many colors. I still love drawing them ^^

Although your big eye and many color drawings are still amazing, I really love this. I would buy this as a print if it came as one, the simplicity of this is great and yet it leaves you thinking there's so much more there. I love it.

I love this. my younger sister has hair similar to this in real life - love how youve managed to capture it! Always draw what you want. We love your cute stuff too, but anyone who complains doesnt appreciate you as the artist. Those that stick around for your true art are you true fans! i guess I kinda feel the same way, I tend to hide a lot of my drawings from my family because they're very manga-like, and my parents tend to see that as very otaku-ish.
and I'm kinda forced to draw a lot of what I think they'll like to see, because they're paying for my art lessons and supplies.
and it stresses me out a bit, keeping a lot of secrets, even my DA is a big secret.
but I love this drawing, and the little bird in contrast to the soft colors. <3

I love the simplicity of this one and that you kept the texture of the paper, it looks very sweet. My hair is actually kind of like that x) brown and VERY curly, never had a bird take up residence in it though...yet. The bird is super cute btw.
