I tried a drawing with a little more expression this time. The character is supposed to have a feeling a brooding and moodiness.Related content

wow nice job w/ the texture and proportions
the position definitely fits the mood you were going for but i've just got a little suggestion. eyes and eyebrows definitely play a big role in expression and she looks a bit sleepy here...so perhaps the eyebrows could be altered a bit up for that "worried look" and the eyes slightly more open?
all in all though it's a great pic^-^
lol i still need to get the hang of drawing folds in clothes xD

yes, i have a problem with that. whenever i try to draw someone looking down, it always looks like their eyes are closed. great suggestion though, i'll try that!

now that i think about it though along with making the eyes bigger defining the eyelid a bit more might help as well...hmm but i typically draw manga style so that might not do the trick...but see what happens^-^
