Now this is a beautiful shot of an owl in flight.
The spread wings and the intense eye is captured very nicely. The entire bird looks to be in focus with a background that is far out of focus. This is very nice.
The composition is a bit centered. However that is easily forgiven seeing as capturing a bird in flight is difficult enough without thinking of composition. However the bird is flying in to the photo and not out of it, that is rule number one illustrated very nicely in this photo.
The detail you have captured in this bird is so nice and must have been so difficult to capture that I find this image even more interesting. Very nicely captured photo of a beautiful bird of pray.

I will criticize your work on 2 major point. The first one will be fast, it is about techniques, there is nothing to say. The second one is about the way you cut this photo (I dont know the english term but I Show you an illustration below).

Firstly about techniques really ii is an awesome shot. Av is really good, and speed too as we feel the wings moving... The background green and blur + the light makes the bird shining, really epic. Right time, right place right techniques.

The second point is about the picture itself. On of the basic thing about the "organisation" of the picture is to divide the picture in 9 section, at each intersection there is a strong point, on which our eyes is automatically drawn (i'm sure you already know that at least implicitely, a quick look at your gallery makes us know that (i follow you from a long time... ^_^). The point is that on this picture the bird is more un the middle of the photo, taking a lot of place. It decrease the moving and the speed aspect of this picture. A birds taking less place and with the eyes more in the upper left section will make, imho, this shot a bit more awesome.

Hope I make myself clear. Here you find a link to the thing i've explained (tell me when you want me to delete it).

Whew! This is so so so pretty. You got lighting and sharpness down. The light hits the wing nicely to increase contrast. The owl's eye is intense (look at that color!); combine that with the nice angle made by the wings, and you got one wild picture.

Lots of professional shots of birds look alot like this. So congratz, you're a professional! On the other hand, these flying bird photos are pretty common, so be careful you don't just meld into that group. A high quality bird photo like this could be mistaken for a stock photo. Stock photos aren't appreciated as much, so I'm just a little worried you don't get your credit.

Nitpicking:
Rule of thirds could be used a little better here - you could crop it so that the eye is in the top left cross. This would allow you to hit two birds (haha) with one stone by cutting out the edge of the top wing, which would make the owl look larger, adding more impact to this photo.

ANYWAYS - kudos to you for spending tonnes of effort on this; obviously, it's paid off. FANTASTIC JOB.

Fantastic shot! The lighting on the owl is absolutely perfect- particularly the face and the outer wing feathers. The position of the owl within the shot is also great: it really gives a sense of movement. My only wish is that the background was a little less blurry. It's fine how it is, but I feel that more detail would really capture the wildness of the photo (if that makes any sense)
