Found this lineart lying around so I finished it up today.. this is my D&D character Cora, a rogue with a magic guitar (not pictured) who can, for some reason, turn into a rat. She's pulling on the chain of some low-level devil, trying to tangle him up because... attacking is for losers? this actually happened in-game
before I was obsessed with spats, I was obsessed with chaps. utility chaps. I plan to invent and market them one day.

Ha ha, it's funny, our rogue is the weakest character in the party. I'm a sorcerer, so I'm supposed to have super crappy stats, but I rolled really well on them, so I have tons more hp than they'd normally get and just kick butt with my lovely arcane magic. Our druid and paladin also kick butt. Poor, poor rogue. On almost every mission, our rogue gets knocked out, and she's almost died quite a few times. Still, we love her, because she's a lovely whore who can get us out of jail. I love our DM, despite his trying to kill us constantly with monsters that are just ridiculous.
Ok, sorry for super long rant on an old picture, I just never get to talk about D&D to anyone not in our group. 
ALSO: I would get utility chaps any day. I love this character design! It makes me ashamed of mine and the lack of super awesome details.

It *does* technically mean "the queen of hell" (Kore/Kora = Persephone), so it makes for good dinner conversation when someone asks "what does your name mean?".

Also I love how you draw legs. It sounds weird, but I do. All of your characters are always so... planted.
I keep meaning to give D&D a try but I don't know anyone who's into it. My most secret of hobbies is RPing with my WoW characters so I'd think it would be something that would entertain me.

you should check craigslist, they might have listings for D&D groups in your area! In my city the D&D players usually meet at a local game shop.

I love it - she's really cool-looking, and her personality jumps right off the page.
She's got that 3rd Edition dungeonpunk look going, but she makes it look fun instead of ill-fitting, dredlocked and spiky.

Haaahaha awesome. I made the mistake of making my first D&D character into a paladin, and the only lawful good character in the party. Within like fifteen minutes, everyone else tried to jump me and throw me into a frozen river while wearing plate mail :<
