This Age of Extinction Drift from the Autobots United set. Just look at that paint job, Knock Out is gonna be PO'd. Okay I bought Drift from the set and I didn't pay too much for him. Which is great since I don't like several things about the fig.

But damn, that armor is alluring. Love the deep blue and light blue striping. There's even a tiny Autobot badge on his right thigh. I didn't pose him with the other sword because it would hide the paint job. JUST LOOK AT IT. Hasbro doesn't do this on their main releases anymore so I took a gamble and got him.

I didn't buy him the first time around nabbed him and this version is more than suffice. He reminds me of Jolt's figure, which I hate with a passion. I heard that there was new design team and I hope some of that is worked out by the next series. The ratcheting joints along with the elbow and thigh swivels seem counter intuitive.

Now some TFs have the pouty lip look down to an art. For instance whoever did FOC Twintwist's lips should get a freakin' award. www.tfu.info/2013/Autobot/FOCT… But that's not AOE Drift's look. I still think Bay's design team mistook a guy fawkes mask for a type of samurai faceplate and Hasbro just had to go with it.

Soon Autobots United Crosshairs will join him and my ship will be complete.
