Not bad! The only thing I would suggest as a fix would be to scrap the shot which turns the cam to face Sonic and Tails. It goes by so quickly that it hardly contributes anything to the animation that we couldn't pick up when looking at the characters from behind. If anything, you probably could have replaced the time that shot had by having the camera zoom in to Eggman's close-up real quickly, keeping most of the focus on our main man for this animation.
Other then that, the drawings are clean and look great, there's a great feeling of movement and energy in everything Eggman does, and you're utilizing all of the principals of animation here. It's great to see something new from you, and also great to see you're still doing animated work after all these years!

With that short clip, tho, we can quickly see Sonic and Tails' face and expression... which brings more life to the animation and makes it all... animation-like
