I was in a swirly mood.Her name is Nemphele. I don't know how much I will add to this character in terms of back story and full profile stuff, but for now I just like her design. She was incredibly fun to draw. She was a snap to color, too...
I think the best character designs are the ones that start out rather spontaneously and grow and develop into something amazing as you continue to draw.
