Ah, here we have first of our little tragedies found amongst Martin's armorial. What can I say? I tried to make it passable I guess? Couldn't do enough, no one could while following the blazon. Such a sad sight. Can't wait for one of the other of our ugly ducklings to come along.

Standard procedure, this here is the "on paper" version, and there is the "off page" version without the paper background in the ether too. Wiki's interpretation looks almost passable compared to the Citadel's, like this : bit.ly/3Rh1VB2

House Lake is a noble house from the North. Given their name, it is possible the Lakes control the lands around Long Lake.
