Ah, yes! A perfect 1880s gown for the Snow Queen, herself. I count 3 shades of blue that are layered in a tasteful and elegant manner that befits her regal and sophisticated personality; the accents of brilliant white and the matching white opera gloves play off the blue very nicely. The icing on the cake is the ice blue beaded string and ribbon woven and pinned into her platinum blonde hair, also accented by the simple, matching earrings; they match her eyes. Her expression is a gentle, coquettish, and alluring smile that draws me into talking with her, gently bowing at the waist before I speak, as befitting a gentleman. An excellent job with the elegant Queen Elsa! I'm happy to have this in my collection of favorites!

Kinda easy to design for her, since blue is one of my favorite and she basically looks great in everything.

Well, my other two favorites are Rapunzel & Belle. They, as well as Anna have always been my favorites since I first saw them on film. They have always possessed the qualities that I've looked for in a woman, and I've seen most of those qualities in my girlfriend since I met her. Your work always inspires me to remember things of that nature.

Nice job on the ruffle pleat things . They look really nice. (but the shading's also nice, and... I think her face is okay? Her eyes seem 'different' in some way, but it's been a little while since last seeing the movie.)

One...tiny, hopefully very constructive criticism; I feel like we can see too much of the right side of her face. If she's looking over her shoulder, her face should be more in profile; we shouldn't see her right eye as distinctly as her left. Other than that, the dress is -gorgeous-.

For some reason I didn't expect Elsa so early on, usually people save the Frozen sisters for last when they draw the Disney Princesses.
Also, I don't think Elsa has freckles, but it makes her look cuter
