OC redesign
Learned my lesson with overly complicated color palettes for OCs, so redesigned him along with some others and cut down on the amount of colors as a whole. Still kept him with a little more than necessary, as lots of colors are a part of his design naturally. Cut out the chimera aspect as being a hybrid is unique enough without a rare genetic mutation. (Though might implement a chimera oc later on)
Colors inspired by the mandarin fish, where he got his name.
unlike full RainWings with base colors that always change, (see water lilys page) he does have a true default color due to his fathers genetics.

His color changing abilities also take much more concentration than normal, and subconscious change is almost nonexistent aside from very strong emotions.
He also cannot breathe underwater despite possessing gills.
