Those are dynamic clothes, you set up an animation on30 frames, 1st shes anorexic 30th she grows to her size and you go to cloth room and simulate the cloth. After you are done, while still being on the 30th frame you export the cloth as 3ds. Then import it and you have perfectly fitted cloth prop (dynamic ofcourse every movement you have to simulate)

That looks great. My only complaint and I will always complain about it, is that DAZ needs to work on the morphs of Victoria 4. To me her forearms never look right. Enough ranting. She looks awesome man!
