Adopted from :iconNievesCv:My headcannon for this OC being a little "sister" to Dulcy the Dragon in the new universe, born sometime after Dulcy was adopted by a Panda couple, Mr. Gai-Pan and Mrs. Gi-Pan.
She's also friends with Cinder the Pheasant.
