My awesome rainbow dreads - only drawn this time
Finally customised those babies into a wearable, non painful hair piece
Anyway, this is continuing my 'realism' part of my self reflection coursework - with colour because my teacher keeps going on at me bout it.

awesome picture, are they real?
I cut/unpicked my dreads last weekend after 4 years of having them.. sad days..

Now that's a sad day for history - dreads are too gorgeous! Why'd you take them out?
They were synthetic dreads I made from fake hair, dreaded myself and sewed into my own hair. I took them out though, as they were really heavy and quite painful :S
Still...they were AWESOME

haha if only I knew you in real life while I still had full dreads.. I don't think I ever once heard someone calling mine gorgeous. Though that could be because mine looked pants, and is probably the main reason why I ended taking them out. (that and I'm going on holiday next week and will be wanting to swim in the sea minus three tons of wet hair)
I've got a self-portrait somewhere in my gallery with what they looked like a couple of years ago. Now I've still got a few here and there in my hair haha.. just to keep the dream alive and all that.

yeah, plastic weave. Mine are multicoloured and have things like UV, glow in the dark, metallic, mini and curled features ^^ I adore them!

I reckon most dreads are gorgeous, but occasionally you do see a set that don't suit the wearer...there's a girl at my college like that lol. Her dreads ruined her, and she ruined them lol. I shouldn't laugh but still...*innocent face*

That yellow dread looks a little like its delving in the wrong direction 
Still think you should've kept them in...regardless of the fact that they were annoying the fuck out of you.
