To be honest though went on a canoe trip with my mate and we took our new kitten, she went everywhere with mate. Since was the most athletic of the two of us, took the back of the cannoe so accidently splashed water on kitten, she immeately jumped up and latched on to mates back where mate without thinking shook her off and into the water. Poor pussy, she was drenched, and when pulled her out, she continued to paddle for about three minutes while mate held her. Felt so sorry for her but mate had nice marks in back from the claws that went through her bathing suit.
