nice job, but i think you still have a long way to go (: for me, the outlines are a bit too ruff for a good realistic picture. Sometimes it is better to use a slightly thicker brush than having too many small lines, expectially when you want to colour a picture as well. you did the shading good, but it is a bit messy (the neck part!). Cumberbatch's hair is less full in the movies and his nose is a bit smaller, too. I think you did a very good start and you have lots of potential, so keep working! (:
