This is really pretty! Everything is so cute and stuff, at first when I saw it, it looked weird. (Not because of your drawing, of course, though.) Because Tomoe seldomly smiles like that. Nice job with everything! ^_^

OMG this is sooo Beautiful! The shading is just right, and the light on her hair, well, the shine that's supposed to be in her hair is perfect. She's so graceful looking too. You did an amazing JOB!

lol nope, Tomoe appears later on in the manga, probably around vol 21~~
In the anime, she never appears in the 95-episodes Tv series but actually in the first four OVAs of 'Samurai X': Trust and Betrayal. (it's the prequel to Rurouni Kenshin, which means her story happens before the start of the anime... it talks about how Battousai/Kenshin got his cross scar and what happened between Tomoe and Battousai~~ hehe I won't spoil much for you though. ^^ )

and i think battousai loved her too, but he cant hold on to past love and memories forever. remember, he loved her first. then she realized she loved him too and then saved him, so then he was grateful.

Aww, how cute! I love it... I love tomoe... and Kaoru too. In fact, I don't really get why people hate either one... Kenshin loved them both, it just didn't work out between him and Tomoe (yeah, the understatement of the week). But I do love how you drew her in a style completely seperate from the anime and manga version. You made her very sweet looking - which is refreshing when there are so many people out there who hate her.

lol yea...but I heard she and Kenshin was only "pretending" to be husband and wife....cuz I remember in the anime, when Kenshin wandered off to Kyoto and met Misao...Misao ask him did his wife ran away from him or something..^^" and he said that he was Single and not married yet??!! 0__o....so to my calculations, his First official wife should be Kamiya Kaoru!!!! ^___^x
