The smoothing part just takes time and there are some tricks, get it as close as you can and then cook it. then use fine wet/dry sandpaper and sand it as smooth as you can again, paint it with Krylon primer and sand again. You can do that several times and each time it gets smoother and smoother. Hope that helps

I didn't have enough time to get her completely smooth before I had to fire her by the deadline, but I'll get it better next time.
