My version of Sheik for my AU Zelda thing. This time around, Sheik is a completely different person than Zelda, and a guy at that. So all you Sheik fangirls (and you know who you are) can commence drooling.Another little tibit, this version of Sheik is the younger brother of Impa. . .

Hmm... I always envisioned Sheik (as a separate person from Zelda) being like Impa's nephew or something. But I can see the younger brother thing working too.
Very cool ninja costume design. It looks like something you'd be more likely to see in our own world, yet still belonging to the Sheikah all the same.

While I think it's bull$#!% about you making Sheik a dude, I'm going to add this to my favorites anyway, because its a very well done drawing, even if it does depict a trannie ninja.

It's funny because Sheik IS actually a different person than Zelda, he was a great hero in the Sheikah Clan, whom I believe was struck down by Bongo Bongo in the process of sealing him into the well. After Impa and Zelda escaped from Hyrule Castle, Impa used the power of the Triforce sealed in Zelda to transform her into Sheik, whom joined Ganon's ranks as to gather information. Zelda had no idea she was Sheik until after Link conquered the Sand Temple/collected the final Medallion.

the concepts are good, but you should redraw them in poses and such to keep them from being bland.
to this day, i still struggle w/ this. basically that's what character designers of all styles do; draw a few concepts, then do a final ver. w/ a pose or something.

I know what you mean. Considering these are simply concept drawings, however, I'm not too worried about posing everyone differently at the moment. So I'm fine if they look bland for now, since in the future I plan of making much more interesting pics of them.

I like the ninja thing, too, yet somehow it's lacking something... perhaps when it's colored.
Also, I like that idea.. of Sheik being a relative of an Impa. ^_^ In one of my fangame ideas once I had Zelda marry Impa's son.
