This is an amazing photograph. The yellow stands out in contrast to the dull greens and browns garbing your attention straight away.

The small tree growing on the rocks in front of the lake is kind of distracting but at the same time calming and peaceful. It gives depth to the photograph but at the same time the leaves/needles blend into the trees in the background. It also covers the walk way in the background. Which makes you wonder what it is trying to hide. But it is a small tree, which represents rebirth, new live and the growth of wisdom. Perfectly fitting for a temple.

The water is not completely flat but the small ripples don't blur the reflection totally. Still giving the illusion of an upside down replica. The sky is not the most beautiful, but it has a more heavy and impacting feel to it, keeping the viewer on the temple.

This photo would look stunning on a canvas in a living or dining room.
