Yeah, "Teena" is a feminine abbreviation of "Eighteen." ^_^

Her real name is revealed in issues #37 and #38 of the series.
Teena is a name that Bulma gave her in the series when she thought Eighteen was too stuffy, and wanted to make her seem more human. Teena liked it, so she kept it.
