Thank you very much! I used the default lens of the Nikon D40—not sure what lens that would be, I don't have that camera any more. A Nikkor one, though, for sure.

The only reason I got this amazing instant was luck—if you were to look at my whole folder of photos, you'd see that photos this good of mine are pretty much one in a thousand. If you're trying to get a super-specific moment, I'd have to recommend setting up your camera so you can simply hold down the shutter button and it will continuously take pictures, then when you let go, delete most of them and hope one of them happened at a cool time! Also, you can just focus it, keep your finger on the button and press it at just the right moment. This can be tricky to get it without a too-big delay, but it saves you a lot of space on your card.
