Link and Marin, from TLoZ: Link's Awakening (i.e. Zelda 4). Since it was a GameBoy game instead of a main console game, I'm not sure if many people will have played it... but it was the first Zelda game I played, and I loved it.The notes Marin is singing actually are the correct note lengths for her song, The Ballad of the Windfish, but I left out rests between some notes... because they just looked weird in a picture...

That game is the one that's the closest to my heart out of the entire series.. honestly, out of any game I've ever played.. I cried a lot when I got torn out of that dream ;-; every time I see a seagull I kinda get this secret sorrow and smile at it.. no one else understands
and we never find out what happens to Link when he's floating in the middle of the ocean...

Exactly what his past was is a mystery too.. everyone's assumption is ALttP, but that might not necessarily be true.

A very sweet pic. There is something very charming about your lineart, the simple, but effective colors works very well. I like the texture on the rocks too. Nice.
