haha, i just realized that i can read that whole thing without needing to know the engish
子供 reads "kodomo" and reads "child" So, the first speech bubble says, "this child"
The second kanji+hiragana means "life" or "birth" (don't remember which, i bet it's birth) and ばよかっただ (i just learned it in class this week!!) means "it would have been better if"
so this means "It would have been better if this child never lived/been born"

yeah, i read a little. I prefer japanese manga over translated ones. although i do read pandora in english. but the japanese I think looks prettier on something, than english. i took the scan from manga fox and changed the english to japanese (copying off of the japanese manga I have of pandora).
