Ruji asks Kouya about his smoking habits.There are other alternatives other than smoking, of course. Kouya just likes the smell of tobacco.

In my view Kouya's lungs would not be damaged for very long. I would be correct to assume that Kouya also has the werewolf's regenerating ability to which his lungs would be fully regenerated after a night's sleep. It be interesting if your OCs met my OCs, exspecially Senju.

They serve the same purpose. Kouya only smoke cigars on special occasions though.

They're in a adopted relationship. Kouya adopted Ruji when he found him unconscious at a devastated city. Technically, Kouya can be qualified as a father-figure but he's more of a big brother-figure.
