Hello all
This is a character I am trying to develop that goes along with my comic. He doesn't currently have a name, but he is actually the younger brother of Ti'marr (the cheetah in my last piece) And unlike his older brother, this character is much more of a fighter. (though he still shares many of the opinions of Ti'marr) I know, I know. Yet another cheetah XD I don't know why I keep drawing then
And I realize I am drawing only dudes recently... Next one will have female included- I promise XD Only issue I really see with this one is his right shoulder seems too far out- but I think it is really just an illusion due to the fur lol. I made this to try out more of the Aztec inspired theme- but with my own ideas included ^^ I am liking it so far

Epic, really!
I have 1 wee problem with it though, Cheetahs are from Africa exclusively and the weapon he is holding is a typical South American weapon, used by the Aztecs, Mayans and Incans just to name the more familiar ones. Now I'm not complaining, but it's the little detail that in my opinion, and that is just me, I'm not telling you to do anything, could be revised.
The piture is really good though.

The Aztec theme is really cool. It's not a very well-explored culture in fiction in comparison to, say, China, Japan, Greece, or Rome.
I wonder, if it's the Aztec theme you're going for, why not show us a priest of Quetzalcoatl? Just a suggestion.

Cool! I like his pendant. Does it mean anything? If not, that's alright. I personally like giving necklaces and other accessories some kind of meaning, whether it's personal or cultural. I find it adds more to the character.

That said, You're right, his arm is the only problem I see, for the rest his body is awesomely drawn! I really like his eyes too, did you experiment with them? They look more "cheetah-like"
Also, it seems these guys don't like to cover their bodies really much, uh? Even if they are warriors apparently.
I'm curious, do they have some clothing rule (like social status) or can they run around the fields naked and no one would care?

That darn arm XD But thank you! The only thing I really changed with the eyes is made the black rim around the eye a bit more thick- But I am trying to find a good middle ground because real cheetahs eyes are quite small and I like bigger eyes ^^
Nah the more "wild" ones don't really like much clothing. It just gets in the way in a fight or hunting. The capital city is the only place where they prefer more clothing. But the more simple warriors like this guy here are bare minimum when it comes to clothes XD The more important soldiers and officers and such would wear light padded or leather armor- but only warriors from the capital wear metal armor since it is hard for them to make.
As for a clothing rule there is actually rules preventing lower class people from wearing certain things reserved for the higher classes. But nope, no decency laws XD Nobody is required to wear anything. However normally if you walked through the streets no one would respect you since clothing and class go closely together in the more civilized areas (they would think you were dirt poor or a slave or something

Ok, some people might get it wrong but I actually think it's a nice concept. "dehumanization", "what is a person and what's an animal" and all other reflections can be good. ^^
there's always the option of "super fluffyness" to cover everything

Maybe the extra fluffyness (for a Cheetah) is a family feature of those siblings
I like that you are giving these characters some aztec features, because races like Cheetahs would be given more african-features by trying to follow real-world's races and locations by most people. I think it keeps your setting more original.
Also, that weapon is not a common one, is an aztec design too?

Plus I am way to lazy to go into that much effort with world building XD When smashing tons of real world stuff together you are able to achieve detail with it remaining plausible- with minimal struggle!

I can totally understand you about this. It gets specially complex when you have several races and you have to develop them all. Still, I have seen people that go into developping the politics, religions, styles of magics,..... huge list of things .

A really great design! He looks quite the formidable warrior. I particularly like that weapon
of his the Aztec obsidian lined Macuahuiti. It was actually sharper then Spanish Toledo steel swords
although it shattered in battle. I hope to see more of this new character.
