Got the title from Vega's reference (or compliment if you will) to Juri in one of his quotes. So yeah, she's one of my favourites and it was bout time I drew/rendered her again since the last. Great art of Juri Han.She is easily the best SF4 Β character added. Let's hope Capcom listens and she gets added to Sf5, at least as a DLC character after the initial release !
