It seems that each of the three girls hair kind of represents their personalities. Saya with her ponytails can say something sweet and then roundhouse you in the same moment, she can only stay collected so long before she flips out. Saeko's is straight, and "calm" like her demeanor. And Rei's is always kind of wild, like her. She's not easy to read. She's got a broader range of emotions I guess, and you captured that well in this drawing. I look forward to your update though

Well you can usually guess what type of personality characters have in anime just by looking at their heir colour.
