This is the updated version. It maybe the final one, depends. You can probably notice the differences pretty quickly. But I tried to give it a cartoon-like feel.

Anyways to give the information I'm stealing from v1:
Penguins can fly. Just not on their own accord. That's why they're great inventors. So here is the jet pack they made. PASA is the Penguin Air & Space Association.

Made on GIMP; currently running at about 212 layers. Comments, Critiques and anything else would be great.
