Description The Cordak Sniper: Dupo

Instructions >

Lesovikk's Log
The last member to join the team, Dupo was out long range specialist. Able to hit any target at quite impressive distances. He was resilient and determined. Unfortunately Dupo struggled with his role on the team for quite a while, lacking confidence in his skills. He often was unsure of what he should or could do to help the team. Most of his trouble came from his mask, not the Hup, that was, in my opinion, the best decision Klix  ever made. See when Dupo started on the team he wore a Matatu which allowed him to move things at will with his mind, but because of the immense concentration it took to use the mask, he couldn't effectively fight with his disks while using his mask power. This did become problematic for a while, costing us a few missions. One of which almost cost Aquia's life.
Kilx began work immediately and crafted Dupo's kanohi Hup, mask of rebounding. Of course Klix wasn't satisfied with just the mask, so he also upgraded Dupo's armor as well, so his disks could also mount and caught at multiple points on his body. After that (and a bit of practice), Dupo almost became a whole new Toa. Moving at high speeds while throwing disks at a devastating intervals that even most of us had a hard time keeping up with. He also perfected his quick draw, which saved me in a few pinch moments.
Dupo wielded stone disks instead of a conventional Toa tool. This allowed him to have his weapons pretty much anywhere, often using his elemental abilities to pull them right from the ground. His Kanohi Hup allowed him to throw his disks and have them return to him after they struck the target. Combine with Klix's upgrades, he didn't even have to catch them in most cases, they would just slap onto his body and be ready to be thrown again. He also used his disks to skate around, allowing him to move at high speeds, getting in to do some damage then getting out before things got messy. This strategy worked best for him as he wouldn't be in the way of Fistis  and Stass , as they waled on enemies.
Overall Dupo was a real trooper, he really did work hard to make himself a worthy member of the team. It was quite a sight so he how far he had come, he truly earned all our respect.

And my final Toa Cordak, this guy was so hard to figure out, but once I did he became by far, one of my favourites. Everything about this guy just works so well and if you understand all the little story bits he really does feel like a complete Toa who has figured out what works best for him, even if you don't read the bio I made. Overall I'm just really happy with how my Cordak turned out, and I will be making a group shot of them in action... Right after I finish something for them to "deal" with.
