Description I like this actress so I started painting her again. I drew a sketch from one of her photo. Her expression is so cute. I will post the finishing later. It will be a realistic style challenge for me.

so, you make first the shadows with only blacks, and then you add the color, isn't it ?

Yes. Usually I draw a rough B/W sketch first, and then add the colour. It will be a quick way to paint. For this sketch, I have to paint realistic style so I need to do brush by brush and enjoy the many hours trip for details. HAHA~~

I knew this girl! Well, sorta. Her brother and my brother used to be friends. I still see her brother on random occasion. It's so trippy for me to see that she's famous enough to have awesome paintings like this made of her Sorry, being a spaz here. It looks really good, I can't wait to see the finished piece!

Wow~~ You really knew this girl?? I had paint her once, you can see in my gallery. The last one is nice but I love to paint her again. Anyway, the last painting has became the most popular portrait in deviantart. The finishing is coming soon. Thank you fo your watching.

Yea it was a really long time ago when we were both very little. I always knew she was an actress (in Degrassi something) but I didn't realize she was in something so huge as The Vampire Diraies now. I may have to check out that series now.

I checked out some of your other portraits and paintings; They're very good. I love the bright colours.
