Description $40 commission for a requester that asked for their two troll characters that are mates in each others arms, looking like they are about to kiss or fight. I enjoyed playing around with some different brushes for this one. And the pose, completely unreferenced, was fun.

That's quite an achievement, you know, 'cos I'm so picky and have a feeling for liveliness and personality in art. I don't care about pin-ups some artist spent a million hours digi-painting if they don't have an imprint of soul on 'em - but I adore and fave any rough sketches if they do. I see that you really like your trolls and draw them with feeling, and that's the kind of feeling and personality I respond to. That's a bit philosophical

Funny fact: It's a very very beautiful picture, and the muscles and dimensions as well as the paintjob are downright scrumptious.
Yet.. The thing that had me go "oh yuuuum' most, was the hipline of the white-hair.. and that little patch of fuzz on his belly.
