Very interesting image! Like the ide of it too! Though I feel that with the sharp shadow under her chin there should probably be a darker shadown in the back of her too, and maybe in her hair. And sorry if I'm being nitpicky, but I think the light on the flowers is less intense than that of the hand and of a different colour/origin. Even though they do help create some more depth it feels like they do not entirely belong in the image.
So, nice image, with a little more work it could be even better!
